December 31, 2011 to January 7, 2012:
Now through January 31, 2011 - Owners of both week 52, 2011 and week 1, 2012
will have the first choice of either exchanging their week 52, 2011 or week 1, 2012 for a
week 53, or to rent week 53 at the going rental rate with a twenty-five percent (25%)
discount.
February 1, 2011 – February 28, 2011 – Remaining week 53 units will be available for
rental to SBC owners at the going rental rate with a twenty-five percent (25%) discount.
Owners can contact the resort for information or reservations. The discounted
owner rate is $1,590.75 plus tax.
March 1, 2011 – Any remaining available week 53 units will be placed for rent to the
general public at the going rental rate. Contact VRI Reservations at 800-874-8770 to
make a reservation. The rental rate for week 53, 2011 is $2,121 plus tax.
